the staff was very friendly and helpful, they booked activities for us and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the location is great as it is close to a viewpoint and transport, and has amazing views including hot air balloons. the accommodations, especially the rooms and breakfast, were exceptional with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and continental breakfast. the hotel is well equipped with modern amenities including a stunning garden and reliable Wi-Fi.
The property's entrance is quite steep, which could be challenging for travelers with limited mobility.

Anna and her husband went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. Great location with views of chimneys and the town. Close to bus station and sunset view point. Anna was helpful in arranging transportation.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing good advice and making the most of our stay. The location was perfect, close to a viewpoint and just a short walk from the attractions. The breakfast also really stood out, with a variety of delicious foods to start the day off right.
While the room was clean and comfortable, the shower could have been improved. There were not enough hooks or surfaces to place your belongings, which made it difficult to keep things organized.

The hotel was in a great location with lovely sunrise views, making it easy to catch the sight of the air balloons. the staff were really friendly and helped organise tours around the town. the dinner offered in the hotel was really delicious.
I stayed there during christmas, but the hotel atmosphere was not very festive. the room was a bit small and there was not enough space to put my clothes and luggage.
